Prime Primavera 85 Carbon Disc Rear Wheel

Featuring a carbon fibre rim construction, straight pull DT Swiss spokes and tubeless ready technology, the Prime Primavera 85 Carbon Disc Rear Wheel is ready for time trial (TT) and triathlon (Tri) racing.

Developed with Team Spectra, this rear wheel comes equipped with a T800 unidirectional (UD) carbon fibre rim build, which makes it stiff and responsive while keeping the overall weight reduced to a minimum. Prime has also put this model through its CFD testing process, which tests multiple sizes and shapes before coming up with the perfect blend of strength, weight and aerodynamics. This is the final result that’s fine-tuned for giving your ride a performance upgrade.

Tubeless Ready Carbon Rear Wheel

Specifically designed for modern time trial (TT) and triathlon (Tri) racing disciplines, this rear wheel is kitted out with tubeless ready technology. This means that you’ll enjoy tubeless advantages such as the ability to run lower tyre pressures for increased traction, lower rolling resistance and fewer chances of flats or punctures.

Star Ratchet Hub

This rear wheel features a Star Ratchet hub for superior reliability due to each of the ratchets engaging simultaneously every time. Featuring an incorporated notch, the newly developed shape of the end caps simplifies disassembly significantly and therefore makes maintenance even easier. Another highlight is tool-free freehub conversion is also possible for hassle-free future upgrades and changes to your setup.

Centre Lock Disc Brake Ready

The Prime Primavera 85 Carbon Disc Rear Wheel comes equipped with Centre Lock disc brake mount compatibility, so you can fit your favourite hydraulic disc brakes and benefit from powerful and consistent braking performance. Coming complete with straight-pull DT Aerolite and DT Aero Comp spokes for excellent strength and dependability, this rear wheel is all set for race day.
